Utah Republican Sen. Mike Lee discussed the president's new vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees.
"There is no federal law... that gives the president the power to say that he is in charge of everything," Lee said. "He doesn't have the power to do that. No more than Harry Truman had the power in the 1950s to seize the assets of every steel company in America to support the Korean War. There are limits to what a president can do."
