Dem Rep. Jim McGovern: We Are Debating Impeachment Measure On "An Actual Crime Scene"

Wednesday during a House of Representatives debate on the second impeachment against President Donald Trump, Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) opened arguments by saying that in the wake of last week's U.S. Capitol riots they are debating "on a literal crime scene."


"I will never forget what I saw in the eyes" of the protesters, he said. "I saw evil."
