Flynn: Trump Needs To Seize Voting Machines, Could Use "Military Capabilities" To "Rerun" Elections In Swing States

Retired General and Former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn comments on his situation, case and pardon, as well as the security of elections in the United States, what he feels about the results and contested cases resulting from November 3rd in an interview with Newsmax TV's Greg Kelly on Thursday.

Flynn said President Trump could use "military capabilities" and place them in swing states to "re-run an election." Flynn said while he is not calling for Martial law, the general said he is not opposed to the tactic. He also called Republican leaders who are not backing Trump in his challenge "weak."

Flynn, asked if Trump should take "aggressive action" to challenge the election, said the president has to "plan for every eventuality."

"President Trump won on the 3rd of November," Flynn declared. "The things that he needs to do right now is he needs to appoint a special counsel immediately. He needs to seize all these Dominion and other voting machines we have across the country. He needs to go ahead and prioritize by state and probably by county... if he looks at probably a couple of random sampling of some of these counties, he's going to find exactly the same problem."

"Clearly, there is a foreign influence that is tied to this system," he said of the voting machines. "It goes back to China. It likely goes to Russia. It likely goes to Iran. We know that Venezuela has participated in the development of these machines. There's been problems all over the country with them. Not only Dominion but also this Smartmatic software."

"He's got a couple of options that he can take and he needs to take them right now," Flynn added.

"I hear some murminings. You know about the staff shakeup at the Pentagon. They're putting people in place that might not be opposed to aggressive action. And the president does have some options, at least on paper. Can you tell us what those options are and your opinion if he might take any of them?" host Greg Kelly asked.

"I don't know if he’s going to take any of these options. The president has to plan for every eventuality because we cannot allow this election and the integrity of our election to go the way it is. This is just totally unsatisfactory. There’s no way in the world that we are going to be able to move forward as a nation with this."

"He could immediately on his order seize every single one of these machines around the country on his order," Flynn said. "He could also order, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and he could place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states."

"It’s not unprecedented," he added.

Flynn called on the Supreme Court to look at the merit of the allegations put in front of them. He said Chief Justice John Roberts lacks the "moral fiber" to look at the challenges.

''These people out there talking about martial law like it’s something we’ve never done,'' Flynn told Kelly. ''Martial law has been instituted 64 times. I’m not calling for that. We have a constitutional process... That has to be followed. But I will tell you I’m a little concerned about Chief Justice John Roberts at the Supreme Court. We can’t fool around with the fabric of the Constitution of the United States.'"

"They're all worried about this runoff in Georgia," he said. "It's a fake election. You can't have another election in the same system. It's a broken system. And we can not allow a system that is tied to foreign powers to vote for the president or any elective office in our country."
