Obama, Biden Hold First Joint Campaign Rally: "Time For Donald Trump To Pack His Bags"

Former President Barack Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden made their first joint campaign appearance Saturday in Michigan. The former leaders of the U.S. complained about the disarray under President Donald Trump and promised a return to normalcy, citing "eight years without one single trace of scandal" in the Obama administration.

"It's time for Donald Trump to pack his bags and go home," Biden said. "We're done with the chaos, the tweets, the anger, the hate, the failure, the refusal to take any responsibility. We've got a lot of work to do. If I'm elected your president, we're going to do it."

"We went through eight years without one single trace of scandal... It's gonna be nice to return to that," Biden added.

"What in the hell is wrong with this man?" Biden asked. "Excuse my language but think about it. It's perverted. He may believe it because he doesn't do anything other than for money."

"The people have suffered and sacrificed for 9 months," Biden continued. "None more so than the doctors on the front line and healthcare workers. This president is crushing their character, their integrity, their commitment to their fellow Americans. It's more than offensive, it's a disgrace. Especially coming from a president who has waved the white flag and surrendered to this virus."

"I will never raise the white flag of surrender," he said. "We're going to beat this virus and get it under control. And the first step to doing that is beating Donald Trump."
