H.R. McMaster: President Trump "Made Good Decisions on Russia," Imposed Tremendous Sanctions On Putin

Tuesday morning on MSNBC's "Morning Joe," former National Security Adviser Gen. H.R. McMaster praised the president's handling of relations with hostile countries like Russia and North Korea.

"When presented with analysis, he made good decisions on Russia," McMaster said. "You might recall in the first year of his presidency, he imposed a tremendous number of sanctions on Putin and his criminal patronage network."

President Trump touted McMaster's praise on Twitter.
