Sen. Amy Klobuchar told CNN's "State of the Union" host Jake Tapper on Sunday that Republicans moving to replace the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the November election is an effort to "mess around" with "raw political power right in the middle of an election."

"A new rule was set by our colleagues," said regarding Merrick Garland's nomination in 2016. "They set this precedent, they can’t mess around and use raw political power right in the middle of an election."
