In an advance clip from an interview set to air Monday night on MSNBC, former Vice President Joe Biden said he wishes Donald Trump would "be quiet" and listen to the experts when it comes to the coronavirus outbreak.
"I wish he would just be quiet. I really mean it. That’s an awful thing to say about a president. I wish he’d be quiet. Just let the experts speak and acknowledge whatever they suggest to him is what we should be doing," he said. "There is no confidence in the president in anything he says or does. He turns everything into what he thinks is a political benefit for himself. when he's actually imploding the process -- but there are a lot of innocent bystanders who are being hurt."
