Appearing on FOX News during a break in testimony at the House impeachment inquiry hearing with E.U. Ambassador Gordon Sondland, head of the Clinton impeachment team Ken Starr said:
KEN STARR: There will be articles of impeachment -- I think we're known that, but it is confirmed today. Subesquently what we've heard from Chairman [Schiff] just now, it's over. We now know, this is [Schiff's] position, that the president in fact committed the crime of bribery. There's something of value, that is litigable, but I think articles of impeachment are being drawn up if they haven't already been drawn up. And so it depends, will it be bipartisan and so forth. This has been one of those bombshell days.
