Devin Nunes Accuses Fusion GPS Of "Racketeering" And Interfering With His Investigations In New Lawsuit

Rep. Devin Nunes filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday against Fusion GPS, its founder Glenn Simpson, and the nonprofit group "Campaign for Accountability," accusing them of "racketeering" and interfering with his Intelligence Committee investigations regarding the Trump-Russia probe.

"I was often smeared, and now we know there’s a link between those doing the smearing and Fusion GPS. Fusion GPS has a long record of this… Most people know about the Steele Dossier… When we were investigating Fusion GPS, they were actively involved in working to smear me to obstruct justice, to derail our investigation," Nunes told FOX News Channel's Sean Hannity Wednesday night.

"I’m going to hold these guys accountable, and this is just one of many steps we're gonna continue to take," he added.
