During a photo op with Polish President Andrzej Duda in the Oval Office on Wednesday, President Trump announced that the U.S. may move 2,000 troops from Germany to a new base in Poland.

"They get hurt, unfortunately, too often, right? Too often," Mr. Trump said of Poland on Wednesday. "They are in the middle of everything. When bad things happen, it seems Poland is the first one that is in there and it is unfortunate."

The two presidents are set to have a signing ceremony at 1:40 p.m., followed by a Rose Garden press conference at 2:15 p.m.
