Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) reacts to a new email that reveals the FBI failed to document four Clinton witness interviews on Monday's edition of 'Hannity.'
SEN. LINDSEY GRAHAM (R-SC): When [special counsel Robert Mueller] met with [Attorney General Bill] Barr personally weeks before the report was given out, he told Barr I can't decide about obstruction. I'm going to let you do it, but I did not make my decision based on DOJ policy that you can't indict a sitting president, I just think the complication of the facts and the law, I'm going to turn it over to you. He never mentioned that in the news conference and that's very important.
Here's what he did in his 400-something page report: No collusion with the Russians. He decided not to bring a case against the president based on obstruction. To me, case closed. Let's look at Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, all these other people and see how we got in this mess to begin with.
