Special counsel Robert Mueller refused to talk to the press about his historic report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, saying "no comment," when questioned by MSNBC reporter Mike Viqueira outside St. John's Episcopal Church in Washington on Easter Sunday.
"Sir, could I ask you a couple of questions: will you testify before Congress, sir?” Viqueira asked as Mueller approached his car.
"No comment," Mueller replied.
"Are you sure about that, sir?” Viqueira continued before asking: "If he were anybody but the president, would Mr. Trump be indicted, sir?"
Again Mueller made no comment.
