Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, held a press conference following the marathon Congressional hearing with former Trump attorney Michael Cohen.

REP. ELIJAH CUMMINGS (D-MD), CHAIRMAN, HOUSE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE: Based on what -- looking at the checks and listening to Mr. Cohen it appears that he did. Again, that's not for me to say. I'm basing that on what's already been filed.
Mr. Cohen is pleading guilty on charges what he said he was directed to commit a crime by the president. We've got to wait for what Mueller says.
