The president is scheduled to depart his golf club in Bedminster, NJ at 1:00 p.m. and arrive at Fort Drum for the bill signing about an hour later. Next, he will attend a fundraiser with GOP Rep. Claudia Tenney and depart back for Washington at 6:30.
