At a rally held Saturday night in Washington, Michigan, President Trump fumed at Sen. Jon Tester (D-Montana) for derailing Admiral Ronny Jackson's nomination as administrator of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Trump's rally was in direct competition with the White House Correspondents' Dinner, an event he skipped for the second time as president.
Trump touted Admiral Ronny Jackson a "high-quality individual" and said there are things he knows that if he said them, "he'd never be elected again." Dr. Jackson is the White House physician.
"Tester started throwing out things that he's heard. Well, I know things about Tester that I could say, too... and if I said them, he'd never be elected again," Trump said.
