Ohio Gov. John Kasich had warm words for the student activists from Parkland, Florida in a Sunday morning interview with CNN's Jake Tapper. "Bully for them!" Kasich said about their crusade to reform gun laws.
"Young people (the millennials and the Gen Xers) are saying, look, we've heard enough. Deliver something," Kasich said. "We don't want all these excuses, deliver something. Frankly, they put it to me once in a while, and I try to explain the politics of why it is so difficult they don't want to hear it."
"Good for them, bully for them. I love them. I love the way they're saying let's do the art of the impossible, rather than the art of the possible. The more they push, the better chance we have of getting something done to have greater gun safety," Kasich said.
