Home Depot Co-Founder Bernie Marcus: Dems Complaining About Bonuses Show Why They Lost Election

Home Depot co-founder Bernie Marcus on Democrats like Nancy Pelosi calling bonuses businesses are giving out to employees in the $1,000 range are "crumbs." He said they are out of touch and this is why they lost the election. Marcus said $1,000 could pay an important past-due bill or cover a mortgage payment.

"What's good for America? What's good for the American people? Let's stop thinking politics. What's good for the Democratic party? Is this mean we can take the presidency? I mean, let's start thinking in terms of really lifting up the lives of the American people -- creating more jobs, taking more people off of food stamps -- that's what it's all about," Marcus said on FOX News' weekend business programming.

"I think that Trump is doing what he said he was going to do and that is so unique and unusual for a politician to get out there and do what he said he's going to do. It's shocking. It's shocking," Marcus told FNC's Neil Cavuto.
