Joy Behar, co-host on The View, apologizes for celebrating a false report by ABC News investigative reporter Brian Ross that Flynn would cooperate with Mueller and testify that Trump directed him to make contact with Russians when he was a candidate for president.
That turned out to be false and Ross has been suspended for a month.
ABC deleted the video of Brian Ross' original report as well as Joy Behar's celebration on Friday.
"On Friday's show, apparently, I was guilty of 'premature evaluation.' I hear they have a pill for that now. Here's what happened. ABC News reporter Brian Ross released a story claiming when Trump was a candidate he told Michael Flynn to contact the Russians. Ross later corrected himself saying it actually was when Trump was president-elect. Now, Brian has been suspended for a month," Behar said on Monday's broadcast.
