GOP Rep. Scott Taylor: Trump's "Divisive Rhetoric" Led Democrats To Victory On Tuesday

Virginia Republican Rep. Scott Taylor says President Trump's divisive rhetoric was an "overwhelming" factor after Democrats made gains in Tuesday's election.

"In 2009, when Gov. Bob McDonnell won resoundingly, it was a referendum on President Obama, and if the results last night were the opposite, we would have said that as well. So you have to say this, given the exit polls, given the turnout, you have to give credit where credit is due -- Democrats showed up last night.
