Richard Spencer, self-proclaimed white nationalist and the first "Nazi" punched by the Trump-era punch-a-Nazi crowd, spoke at Auburn University Monday night, sparking violent protests and three arrests. Before the event, police made it clear to protesters that masks were not allowed.
"No hoodies, no masks," the officers said. "Take the mask off before you go in, or you'll be arrested."
Masked "anti-Fascist" protesters caused violent chaos last weekend at a similar event in Berkeley, CA while police officers did nothing.
