Chadwick Moore explains how Donald Trump won and how the left alienated people and "messed up so badly." Moore hoped Democrats would get together and have their "come to Jesus moment," but said that has yet to happen.
Chadwick Moore was a lifelong liberal, but said one profile of controversial conservative provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos left him ostracized by the "intolerant" left and drove him away.
"People aren't taught to think critically today," Moore said in an interview with Tucker Carlson. "This reinforcing disease of hearing your opinions talked back to you constantly.
"It's really sad and damaging to journalism," he said. "It's just very, very said and upsetting. But I don't think it's the majority of people or the majority of people on the left."
"Gay people are natural libertarians," Moore said. "One thing we've wanted is to be left alone by the government and our neighbors, essentially. And now that the left has become completely puritanical it is off-putting."
