White House spokesman Josh Earnest jokingly implies that Donald Trump is taking drugs, while dismissing his idea that candidates should be drug tested.
"So you're telling me that the candidate who snorted his way through the first two debates is accusing the other candidate of taking drugs?" Earnest joked when asked about Trump's drug test idea by a member of the White House press corps. "That's a curious development in the campaign."
"That's my response."

Earnest said he was "not at all" saying that Donald Trump's audible debate sniffling was due to cocaine use.
"So what were you saying?" asked another member of the White House press pool.
"I was just trying to have a little fun," he responded. "You guys are so serious today... I was expecting more chuckles. It was probably my flawed delivery."
Donald Trump said at a rally in New Hampshire on Saturday that Hillary Clinton is "getting pumped up" before debates and suggested both candidates submit to a drug test, "like athletes."
