At least two people have been shot in riots in downtown Charlotte when protests over the police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott yesterday spiraled out of control.
At least one person shot at the protest in Charlotte was shot by another civilian, the North Carolina city tweeted on its official account. Charlotte police did not fire the shot, the tweet said:
