Hillary Clinton Ad Calls Out Auto Parts Company That Recieved Bailout For Corporate Inversion

|

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton released this new campaign ad Tuesday specifically slamming an auto parts maker that was bailed out by the federal government in 2009 for planning a corporate inversion move to Ireland. Johnson Controls, the auto parts maker, is now moving its corporate headquarters to avoid American taxes.

"It's an outrage," Clinton says in the ad. "If I am president, when companies walk out on America, they'll pay a price."

This sort of ad highlights Hillary Clinton's claim to be a progressive that "get stuff done" as opposed to Bernie Sanders blaming a vague "one percent."
