Donald Trump appeared on Fox & Friends early this morning to get a word in before the Sunday shows. He says Hillary Clinton is "playing the woman card" when labeling him a "sexist," and he defends his similar attacks on Bill.
He also says he looks forward to facing the Clintons in the general election, but says that he would not be as prepared to face Bernie Sanders.
"I think he is fair game because his presidency was really considered to be very troubled, to put it mildly, because of all of the things that’s she talking to me about,” Trump said about Bill Clinton.
"She’s got to be careful, you know, she’s got to be fair," he said about Hillary, "we all have to fight fairly, and we have to fight for the good of the country, for the good of the people, for the good of everybody. But we have to fight fairly."
"She’s playing the woman’s card, and it’s like ‘gimme a break,'" Trump concluded.
ED HENRY, FOX NEWS: So you're looking ahead? You think you're so far ahead in the GOP nomnation battle that you're taking Clinton on head on?
DONALD TRUMP: No. I don't feel I'm so far ahead, I could be doing well in a baseball game, up ten runs in the bottom of the ninth, and I wouldn't feel I am so far ahead. I am against very capable people.
