Kasich Reaches Out To Trump Voters: "I Grew Up In A Community Where People Were Suspicious Of Government"

Gov. John Kasich, R-Ohio, joins CBS’ “Face the Nation” on December 13, 2015 and talks about his belief that fellow GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump will not become president. “It’s not going to happen,” Kasich says.

"I get these people, who are upset, I understand why they are upset. I grew up in a community where people were always suspicious of the government, or thinks that they didn't deliver things, but we've got to stay calm and we have got to stay calm and unite ourselves. Trump is not going to be president, it is not going to happen."

"I think at the end, they get overwhelmed by people who say we have got to get things fixed, if they carry the day, we're not going to get things fixed."
