ANDERSON COOPER, CNN: When Donald Trump is on the debate stage in that first debate, in that second debate. How do you think the other candidates are going to deal with him? I mean -- do you get into a fist fight with him? A verbal fist fight. Do you ignore him?
PAUL BEGALA, DEMOCRATIC STRATEGIST, FUNDRAISER: How do I think? I think weakly, I think they've dealt with him weakly so far and that is the wrong way to do it. Especially with Republican primary voters, they admire strength. Again, Ronald Reagan, 'I paid for this microphone, Mr. Green.' He asserted strength. All voters, especially Republicans want strength. The problem they have is they're wimping out to Trump. Why? Because he speaks for a lot of people. The Republican base, the technical term they're crazy. And he speaks to the crazy base voters. They can't, they don't dare take on Trump. They are so cowed by him you can almost hear them moo.
