Hillary Clinton: "I Have Been For Trade Agreements, I Have Been Against Trade Agreements"

Hillary Clinton speaks for more than two minutes without taking a solid stance on what she has heard about the Trans-Pacific Partnership, saying that she hasn't read it in its final form.

HILLARY CLINTON: There are some amendments being proposed right now in the process that would direct the administration to cover certain issues or negotiate a certain way, those have some merit and I want to see how that turns out as well.

It is unknown whether Clinton considers Elizabeth Warren's amendment to block investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) provisions to have "merit," but Warren cited her in opposition to it on the floor of the Senate.
