CHRIS MATTHEWS: What about the attempt to intimidate them out of voting?
DAVID CORN: That's true. That's happening in Texas, North Carolina, Georgia. And when you do that, when people want to vote or they are thinking about an election, they do get ticked off and it motivates them. But the question is, as Wesley just indicated, they're so distant from this election that they may not even know that they're not being allowed to vote. And then you have candidates in some of these key states who are trying to -- Democratic candidates -- who are trying to distance themselves from Barack Obama. Alison Grimes, Kay Hagan. Aand so it's hard to have a two-level strategy. (via MFP)
