CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: Look, here's the tragedy. We had an infrastructure in place. Had Obama been able to negotiate an agreement 00 we had control of our airfields, the Iraqi air force, all of that is gone. So if we are going to support either with air drops or air strikes, it will have to come off carriers at a distance. It will be difficult, expensive and dangerous. Here we had an infrastructure that simply required a president who would negotiate a long-term agreement. He didn't succeed. He wanted to get out completely. He wanted to be able to boast in his reelection campaign, I got us out. As a result, we are nowhere.
