Judge Napolitano: Impeaching Obama Over Bergdahl "Very Valid Argument"

STEVE DOOCY, FOX & FRIENDS: Andy McCarthy, a friend of this program, has got a new book, he said --

JUDGE ANDREW NAPOLITANO: He said the president should be impeached for this.

DOOCY: That's what he does say. He says it's crimes and misdemeanors.

NAPOLITANO: In my view, it is a very, very valid argument people are going to start talking about. Look, the last time the president was impeached it was a disaster and it was arguably over nonsense. This is far, far more serious.

BRIAN KILMEADE, FOX & FRIENDS: Here is the thing too, where is the president's political benefit? I don't see any Democrat going, 'I'm so proud of my president for getting a deserter back in exchange for five hardened killers.'

NAPOLITANO: That is the head-scratcher as to why they did this. It doesn't make sense from their own point of view. Democrats will begin to flee from the president. The Democrats already believe they're going to lose the Senate, and lose even more seats in the House, now they'll probably not even going to want him to come into their districts and campaign for them.
