Asked whether he will make another attempt to fully repeal the Affordable Care Act, Boehner said "the election changes that" and "Obamacare is the law of the land."
DIANE SAWYER, ABC NEWS: You had said, next year, that you would repeal the healthcare vote. Is that still your mission?
SPEAKER JOHN BOEHNER: I think that the election changes that. It's pretty clear that the president was reelected, Obamacare is the law of the land.
SAWYER: But you won't be spending the time next year trying to repeal Obamacare?
BOEHNER: There are certainly maybe parts of it that we believe need to be changed, we may do that. No decisions at this point.
