Rumsfeld: Obama's Foreign Policy Has Been Rejected
"Congressman Rogers’ communication to the media over the weekend seemed to give the impression that they were entirely coordinated and that they were pre-planned," former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld said on Laura Ingraham's nationally syndicated radio program this morning. "But the effect of it has to reflect a rejection of the foreign policies of the administration. A country like ours, I don’t think we want to be feared, I think we want to be respected."
"I think he’s got a lot of problems right now. He has the problem of the attacks on our embassies all over the world; He’s got the escalating attacks against the Americans on the ground in Afghanistan and he, I almost said he’s too busy playing golf and making fundraising speeches, but that would be highly partisan," Rumsfeld said.
