Huntsman: Climate Change Has Established Scientists Associated With It
Candidate for president Jon Huntsman defends his tweet backing the existence of global warming:
FOX NEWS: You recently tweeted this: 'To be clear. I believe in evolution and trust scientists on global warming. Call me crazy.'
FMR. GOV. JON HUNTSMAN (R-UTAH): Right. Well, I believe in evolution and I think it is apart of God's plan. I've always said, and it's on the record -- and by the way, I'm running on my record -- climate change has an established body of science associated with it. That's all I'm going to say.
BRIAN KILMEADE, FOX NEWS: And a lot of corruption surrounding it. Which has a lot of eyebrows up.
HUNTSMAN: Let's get serious about the issues of the day.
KILMEADE: Well, tell the scientists to get serious about making things up.
HUNTSMAN: Dealing with the debt we face and creating jobs. Everything else right now is a sideshow.
KILMEADE: That's true ... but we're not the ones taking grant money with scientists and making up results which hurt the cause, in particular.
