Limbaugh Defends Steele, Slams Liberal Double Standard
Rush Limbaugh defended RNC Chairman Michael Steele on his program today. Limbaugh did not defend Steele's comments on Afghanistan, but essentially defended him as a person.
Limbaugh says the Democratic party has a double standard when it comes to race, specifically naming President Obama and Bill Clinton praising Robert Byrd, a former member of the KKK, at his memorial service.
Limbaugh says the media wants to write a story that '"they" (Republicans) fired a black guy.'
Limbaugh, however, eventually passed the "fate" of Michael Steele to Gen. Colin Powell.
