Rep. Harman Calls For Bush Administration Investigations
The Hill: As new details of a secret CIA program to assassinate terrorist leaders trickle out, Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.) called again for an investigation into Bush administration intelligence policies during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. "I think the Bush administration believed…that we are at war," Harman said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe." The administration, she added, believed "that justified them…to ignore Congress and the Constitution."
