Sessions: Sotomayor's Liberal Philosophy Will 'Flower' on Court
On the Early Show, Senator Jeff Sessions called Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor a "typical liberal activist judge" and said he believed her liberal judicial philosophy will "flower" once she's confirmed to the Court. Sessions also called Sotomayor's rulings "outside the mainstream."
