Sen. Franken Delivers Opening Statement At Sotomayor Hearing
Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) delivers his opening statement at the confirmation hearing of Judge Sonia Sotomayor. He was interrupted once by a protester. Franken told Sotomayor that she was "the most experienced Supreme Court nominee in 100 years." He said her story is inspirational and one in which "all Americans should take great pride in."
