An Olive Branch? FOX News In Running For Front Row Seat

According to a source in the White House press corps, FOX News is in the running for a front row seat in the White House briefing room. The competition is not for Helen Thomas' front and center seat, but for one in the first row. Out of the major networks, FOX News and Bloomberg are the only two major news outlets that appear at most, if not all, briefings that do not have front row privileges.

Is the White House, which has been notoriously unfriendly to FOX News, extending an olive branch to the network?

Note: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, Reuters and the Associated Press all have front row seats.
