Deep Roots Analytics
Luke Frans worked in the Bush administration from 2003 to 2009 and went on to become executive director at Resurgent Republic, the GOP’s answer to Democracy Corps. In 2014 he became the managing director at Deep Roots Analytics.
Frans brings an insider’s perspective to what it takes for a Republican to win Hispanic votes: In 2004, President George W. Bush won more Latinos than any other Republican presidential candidate in history, and Frans was there to see how it happened. This experience sharpened his insights into how Republicans should pursue immigration reform. At Resurgent Republic he oversaw a detailed post-2012 survey of Latinos and an exhaustive demographic breakdown of Hispanics across the United States.
