Race Analysis

10/28/10 -- There's been no polling in this race, but most of the similarly-situated district -- leaning somewhat Democrat, with an incumbent who had a weak election at some point in the past few years -- are in some type of danger.  We suspect Higgins will win, especially since he has such a large portion of urban Buffalo in his district, but we can't be sure.
