Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart could see a closer race this year as Cuban voters consider Democrats for the first time in years. His opponent, ex-Hialeah Mayor Raul Martinez (D), is a candidate with roots in a Republican part of the district, and he's still got more than $1 million in the bank. But Lincoln's district is more Republican than his brother Mario's district, making Martinez's task all the more difficult.
