100 Days Is Enough: Rep. Jackson Should Speak

More than 100 days ago, on June 10, U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. began a medical leave of absence. He has not disclosed when he may be able to resume his official duties.

A month from Saturday, on Oct. 22, Illinoisans commence early voting for the Nov. 6 general election. Some jurisdictions have completed preparation of ballot materials for overseas military and civilian voters.
