Candidate for Republican National Committee chairman Chip Saltsman ripped the media over outrage he received from a CD he sent that included the parody song "Barack the Magic Negro."
Saltsman tells MSNBC: "We're definitely not playing on a level playing ground with the media on that issue. I mean, there was no outrage when the L.A. Times article coined that phrase."
