In this video, Gallup details the 2008 job approval ratings of Congress. Congress began 2008 with 23% approval, hit a low of 14% in July, and finished in early December with 20% approval.
In the December polling, Congressional Democrats had a 37% approval rating, while Congressional Republicans had a 25% approval rating.
