November 05, 2008Coleman/Franken Race Headed for a Recount
The Senate race in Minnesota between Sen. Norm Coleman (R-MN) and Democrat Al Franken continues today with a recount likely. Sen. Coleman is currently ahead in the raw vote total, and he appeared before microphones to proclaim victory.
The state's other senator, Democrat Amy Klobuchar was also on TV talking about the recount and the business ahead of the next Congress and President-elect Obama.
