Three PACs are running ads in Minnesota against Democratic Senate candidate Al Franken.
The National Federation of Independent Business has "Happy Days," saying Franken will raise taxes.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce also has an ad about taxes. A business owner says his "policies are going to destroy us."
Meanwhile, the American Medical Association has this ad crediting Sen. Norm Coleman for protecting health care access.
