In "Tiffany," Tiffany Edens talks about a man who raped her, and how Democratic Senate candidate Jeff Merkley voted against a law that would have allowed for her attacker to be prosecuted. The ad comes from the campaign of incumbent Senator Gordon Smith (R-OR).
"Shameless" is the response from the Merkley campaign. It features police officer Kristi Gustafson defending Merkley's record on law enforcement issues.
"Broken Smith" is a narrated spot that also defends Merkey's record on law enforcement issues. It also calls Smith's campaign "sleazy" and says that he is "broken."
