The League of Conservation Voters is airing this ad against Colorado Republican Senate candidate Bob Schaffer. It accuses him of misappropriating the state's water resources. Schaffer and Rep. Mark Udall (D-CO) are competing to replace Republican Sen. Wayne Allard.
