This morning, McCain adviser Carly Fiorina, and Obama campaign co-chairmanSen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) were on "Meet the Press." In this clip, McCaskill explains that Obama's plan to withdraw troops from Iraq in 16 months is a goal and not a promise. However, she also calls it a "commitment to the American people."
